 Happy Birthday Lexi

Our special girl turns 4 years old today

we think she is just about the sweetest welshie who was ever born and we are so thankful she is ours and we are hers.

We took Lexi and Lily out for ice cream to celebrate the big day.  We ordered a baby size vanilla ice cream and had it put into 2 dishes (a little extra in Lexi's of course). They have a new rule at the ice cream stand that dogs are not allowed out of the car, but that was no problem for the girls,  as they are used to tailgating as well as tail waging!

The girls were the center of attention and they stole the hearts of many people at the stand who came over to hug the dogs and ask all about them. Lexi felt very special!  What a fun night we had.  And another good socialization experience for Lily.  She can never meet enough new people!

LEXI'S GRACE WELSH SPRINGER SPANIELS

Lexi's Grace Welsh Springer Spaniels is the home of Marcia and Russ Evans and  our fun loving welshies Lexi and Lily. We live in the New England town of Deerfield, Massachusetts.  We are surrounded by farm fields and our property overlooks the Deerfield River and Historic Deerfield.

As you will see on our web pages we love our dogs and want others to learn more about them and their amazing breed, the Welsh Springer Spaniel.

Welsh Springers are a wonderful combination of family dog and sporting dog.  They love to be part of the family and participate in all activities.  In addition, they are breath taking to watch in the field running around with their noses in the air or on the ground following a scent.

Not to be left behind, Lexi is first in the boat, patiently waiting for everyone else.
